My entire life became a cycle of goals:
the perfect body, the perfect grades, the perfect career, the perfect marriage, the perfect motherhood.
And yet — every time I hit a goal, the happiness never came.
My worth was always somewhere “out there,” just beyond the next achievement.
Inside, I felt disconnected, pressured, and never truly at home in my body.
Yoga and Ayurveda were the first practices that softened me — that taught me to slow down, breathe, and listen inward rather than chase approval outward.
