I’m a Functional Women’s Health Practitioner, HTMA and DUTCH Testing Specialist, and Master Yoga Teacher—blending science, root-cause healing, and holistic simplicity to help women reclaim their health.
I’m the creator of the BE YOU Balanced™ method—a personalized, whole-body approach that restores your energy, balances your hormones, supports gut and metabolic health, and now includes breast health optimization for true long-term wellness.
I hold a Bachelor of Science and MBA, but my deepest learning came from my own healing journey—navigating thyroid issues, burnout, motherhood, and the desire to feel at home in my body again. I found my way through functional testing, mineral balancing, nervous system regulation, and nutrition tailored to my body’s needs.
Today, I walk alongside women like you—helping you move beyond symptom-chasing into a deeper understanding of your body, using advanced functional labs (HTMA, DUTCH, GI-MAP/BiomeFX), holistic nutrition, and practical lifestyle shifts.
Outside of my practice, I’m a wife, mom of two, nature seeker, and Central Coast slow-living enthusiast—usually found with my feet in the sand, sun on my face, and a good cup of matcha in hand.

MY STORY
My entire life, as far back as I can remember growing up in Russia, I felt pressure to be “perfect.”
I pushed myself to be a straight-A student, to be the best dancer, to hit a certain number on the scale, to be a “nice girl.” I was constantly going, giving, achieving — but rarely speaking up for my own needs.
