I’m a Holistic Health Coach, HTMA Practitioner, Master Yoga Teacher, and the creator of the BE YOU Balanced program — a gentle, science-backed approach to restoring your body’s natural ability to heal.
I hold a Bachelor of Science and an MBA, but my real education came through personal transformation — navigating thyroid issues, burnout, motherhood, and the deep desire to finally feel at home in my own body. Through that journey, I discovered the power of mineral-based healing, nervous system support, and holistic simplicity.
Today, I’m honored to walk alongside women like you — helping you reclaim your energy, vitality, and joy through grounded tools rooted in science, spirit, and self-trust.
I’m also a wife, mama of two, nature lover, and slow-living enthusiast — happiest with my feet in the sand, sun on my skin, and a coastal breeze on the Central California coast.

MY STORY
My entire life, as far back as I can remember growing up in Russia, I felt pressure to be “perfect.”
I pushed myself to be a straight-A student, to be the best dancer, to hit a certain number on the scale, to be a “nice girl.” I was constantly going, giving, achieving — but rarely speaking up for my own needs.
