I’m a Functional Women’s Health Practitioner, HTMA & DUTCH Testing Specialist, and Master Yoga Teacher — blending science-backed root-cause healing with the gentle simplicity of holistic living to help women reclaim their health.
I’m the creator of the BE YOU Balanced™ Method — a personalized, whole-body approach that restores your energy, balances your hormones, supports gut and metabolic health, and includes breast-health optimization for long-term vitality.
I hold a Bachelor of Science and an MBA, but my most profound education came through my own healing journey — moving through lifelong perfectionism, burnout, mineral depletion, motherhood, and the deep desire to finally feel at home in my body. My transformation unfolded through functional testing, mineral balancing, nervous system regulation, and nourishment tailored to my unique physiology.
Today, I walk alongside women like you — helping you move beyond symptom-chasing into a deeper understanding of your body, using advanced functional labs (HTMA, DUTCH, GI-MAP/BiomeFX), mineral repletion, holistic nutrition, and practical lifestyle shifts rooted in rhythm and safety.
Outside of my practice, I’m a wife, mom of two, nature seeker, and beach girl at heart — happiest with my feet in the sand, breeze in my hair, and a warm matcha in hand.

MY STORY
For as long as I can remember, I was chasing a version of myself that I hoped would finally feel “enough.”
Growing up in Russia, I learned early that achievement, perfection, and discipline were the path to approval. I pushed myself to be the straight-A student, the best dancer, the girl with the perfect body… always striving, always performing, always trying to earn love by being more.
