Hi, Genise! I am so glad that you got tested because this information and insight into your body chemistry will give you great tools on how to best take care of yourself so you can feel MUCH better physically and emotionally. We all deserve to find JOY in our daily lives.
I understand that you are under A LOT OF STRESS.
You mentioned your kid’s school, business, marriage - it all feels like a lot and it feels like it never ends.

You may feel good fasting because your body is pumping out a lot of cortisol (stress hormone), which is stimulating. Once your body burns out, you will crash. So, let’s make sure it doesn’t happen.
