I have AMAZING news for you! There are so many positive signs on your retest - I am so glad you insisted on doing this:). 

I know you are experiencing fatigue and it is NO fun to feel tired but you really are turning a corner and have lots of changes happening in your physical body and in the way you think and the way you DO LIFE!!! This is absolutely phenomenal. 

I recommend you take my numbered program emails seriously, do your homework like I am recommending, submit your homework to me, eat, rest, take your supplements and you will keep seeing improvement. 

I will need to see a retest in about 4 months - your metabolism is quickly adjusting to life's demands and we need to support you properly. So, retest in May!!!

A few KEY notes on your progress report personally from me: 

1. Your vitality ratio did a forward flip - instead of giving up on life, you are now strongly and forcefully moving forward

2. You know you need to make a change but you don't know where to begin or feel stuck - I see it from Ca/Mg ratio - it also shows me that you really don't do well on carbs right now and you are sensitive to carbs. Focus on HIGH quality protein and low carb vegetables and berries, no high sugar fruits, breads etc if possible. Choose dark meat chicken, grass fed beef etc for your meat. 

3. You are low in good quality calcium and magnesium, which makes it difficult to rest, causes pain and sleep issues. Paramin will help and also if you can find raw dairy or at least grass fed greek yogurt... sardines with bones in them...

4. More stress recently ... try to breathe more! Let me know if you want me to order you some lavender essential oil from doTERRA. Epsom salt baths. 

5. Your bruising is due to copper issues, which also cause iron issues and on your blood test you might look anemic. It also causes fatigue. BUT instead of taking iron, take the supplements I recommend and opt for good quality avocado, a little dark chocolate, molasses, grass fed beef...

6. You are losing zinc - due to copper and iron issues. So, more zinc supplements and again - grassfed beef

7. Remove the sources of aluminum and mercury from your life. You will see the details in the report, where they are found etc and also you will get lots of great emails/lessons that will help you detox your home.
