We will be working to balance your metabolism with the main focus on adrenals for the next 3 months. Adrenals get worn out because they never get rest. It means that your whole lifestyle has contributed to the situation. Everything that feels ‘normal’ led to your current situation. I am saying this so that you understand that you cannot UNLEARN something you’ve been doing your whole life (or many years) in a day, or 2, or a few weeks. Little by little the changes you make will strengthen your BODY, when your body gets stronger, then it is easier to make necessary changes that feel BIGGER than just taking some supplements or changing deodorant or taking gluten out:).

Take it as slow as you’d like! Every little change counts. But never give up. And I don’t think you will - you are strong willed. And perhaps like to do things perfectly. Well, it is time to learn how to perfect the art of doing LESS:).

I am here to support you! You have a few busy months ahead of you preparing for the bar exam. I suggest that everything except for your health, family and studying go on the back burner. For a few months.

Hi Olya,

To keep my air clean inside the house, i did the following:

1. stopped using candles

2. stopped using plug-in air fresheners

3. I use diffusers with essential oils in every room.

Amazing! And I know that you are using doTERRA oils so that's perfect!!!

If you ever notice that you miss candles, there are some clean versions out there. Also, I put a drop of either lemongrass or lemon eucalyptus or citronella in each toilet a few times a day - omg, what a difference!!!

For our future reference, I am adding your typical day description here:

My day varies depending on what is planned that day. I can describe today. Tuesday. I had no appointments so I stayed home and worked on my computer.

I woke up at 6:30am with my girls. Helped them with breakfast, but them on the bus.

At 7:30am I had a glass of warm water with half lemon, took my supplements and did 30 min guided meditation. Cleaned upstairs/bedrooms. Around 9am I made matcha green latter with almond milk.

At 9:30am I made a spinach raspberry banana almond butter smoothie. Worked on my computer till 1pm.

I had lunch: two poached eggs, watercress salad with apples and cranberries and steamed broccolinis with blue corn chips.

At 2pm I went to the store.

At 2:45pm kids came home. I took supplements.

At 3pm I made coffee with coconut oil, almond milk and cinnamon. I ate dried figs. We did homework, and baked banana bread. I ate a small slice of banana bread. I had a bottle of mineral water.

At 5pm we went to rehearsal.

At 6pm I went to meditation session with sound bath at salt cave. I got an herb tea there.

At 7:30pm I Came to school to pick up kids from rehearsal. And we all went to a restaurant.

At 8pm we got our order. I had an Italian salad, vegetable soup and a few bites of pizza. We came home, girls had baths and I put them to bed. I did 30 min Luna eclipse meditation.

At 11pm I remembered I didn’t finish this form. Here I am sitting in my bed and typing this:)

    • Omg! My life is so much better with healed butt!!! I am happier, I can move, I can sit, I can sleep:) I even started sleeping without clothes which I wanted to do for so long and I am loving it!! I even enjoy my husbands presence better

    • If I am without cellulite and belly, I would feel more confident, I would feel more excited to be out and doing things and being proud of myself and my body. I would enjoy myself better, being in a swimsuit or shorts or skinny dress.

    • I want you to enjoy yourself and your body more! Everyday. As if there is no cellulite or belly! Write a few affirmations to help you remember to enjoy yourself more and to feel confident. And practice them every day.
