Why do we experience brain fog and mental fatigue?
Because our brain is malnourished. It is NOT receiving the oxygen and nutrients that it needs to be the amazing conductor that it is meant to be.
The main cause for brain issues is STRESS.
Be it physical stress (from tight muscles etc.) or emotional (marriage issues), financial (money troubles), chemical (toxic products in your home environment), or mental (too much work and not enough rest), your body responds to all of these stressors the same.
When stressed, your fight or flight system is activated and adrenal glands begin to pump out stress hormones. Under stress, your body shuts down all functions that are not crucial for survival HENCE you experience lack of productivity, mental fatigue and brain fog.
Yoga can help you release physical, emotional and mental stress!!!
