The Monthly Circle is a live Zoom gathering held once each month where we explore:

  • nervous-system-friendly wellness rhythms

  • essential oils and supplements used wisely and simply

  • support for hormones, digestion, skin, sleep, energy, and mood

  • realistic ways to begin without overwhelm or perfection

Each Circle includes:

  • a short teaching on one focused topic

  • open questions and answers

  • clear, grounded guidance you can actually use in real life

You are welcome to participate quietly or ask questions.

Camera-off attendance is always welcome.

The intention is clarity and calm, not pressure.
