The Monthly Circle is a live Zoom gathering held once each month where we explore:

essential oils and supplements used wisely and simply
support for hormones, digestion, skin, sleep, energy, and mood
realistic ways to begin without overwhelm or perfection
Each Circle includes:
a short teaching on one focused topic
open questions and answers
clear, grounded guidance you can actually use in real life
You are welcome to participate quietly or ask questions.
Camera-off attendance is always welcome.
The intention is clarity and calm, not pressure.
